Lead Designer Opportunity

We're seeking an exceptional Lead Designer to join our team.

  1. As the guardian of our visual identity, you'll ensure every asset meets the highest standards for craft and quality, brand integrity, and cohesion.
  2. You'll drive the evolution and adherence of all creative materials to our brand's visual identity by defining and updating core elements, developing style guides, and providing direction.
  3. On high-impact projects, you'll lead and execute design that sets the creative standard, such as major brand campaigns and product launches.
  4. In partnership with senior leadership, you'll ensure design strategy supports business goals by aligning with our long-term vision and supporting campaign narratives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a senior-level designer or similar role.
  • An exceptional portfolio showcasing a strong eye for detail, visual quality, and brand-consistent work.
  • Expertise in owning and evolving a brand's visual identity across multiple touchpoints.
  • Strong mentorship skills and the ability to set creative standards for a team.
  • A collaborative spirit and experience working with a multidisciplinary creative team.
