Senior Visual Identity Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Visual Identity Specialist to join our team. This role requires a high level of expertise in managing and evolving a brand's visual identity across multiple touchpoints.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for ensuring that every asset meets the highest standards of quality, integrity, and cohesion.

  • You will drive the evolution and adherence of all creative materials to the brand's visual identity by owning the design system and developing style guides.

  • You will lead and execute the design on high-impact projects that set the creative standard, such as major brand campaigns, product launches, core brand identity updates or refreshes, and new visual initiatives.

  • You will partner with senior leadership to ensure design strategy supports business goals by aligning with vision and supporting campaigns.

  • You will guide junior designers to ensure visual consistency and high quality by providing on-brand graphic and motion templates and ensuring best practices and internal brand guidelines are followed.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a senior-level designer role or similar.
  • An exceptional portfolio showcasing a strong eye for detail, visual quality, and brand-consistent work.
  • Expertise in owning and evolving a brand's visual identity across multiple touchpoints.
  • Strong mentorship skills and the ability to set creative standards for a team.
  • A collaborative spirit and experience working with a multidisciplinary creative team.
