Visual Identity Architect Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visual Identity Architect to assume leadership of our design system. This individual will be responsible for owning, evolving, and ensuring all creative materials align with established brand guidelines and visual tone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the final approver for all major design outputs, ensuring every asset meets the highest standards for craft, quality, brand integrity, and cohesion.
  • Drive the evolution and adherence of all creative materials to the brand's visual identity by defining and updating core elements like typography, color palettes, and component libraries.
  • Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive style guides for use across the organization.
  • Provide direction and ensure a cohesive visual tone is applied consistently across all channels, including web, social media, print, and video.

The successful candidate will lead and execute high-impact projects that set the creative standard, such as major brand campaigns, product launches, and core brand identity updates or refreshes.

About You:
  • You have a minimum 5 years of proven experience as a senior-level designer or similar role, with a deep understanding of design principles and brand systems.
  • You possess an exceptional portfolio showcasing a strong eye for detail, visual quality, and brand-consistent work.
  • You have expertise in owning and evolving a brand's visual identity across multiple touchpoints.
  • You have strong mentorship skills and the ability to set creative standards for a team.
  • You are a collaborative spirit with experience working with a multidisciplinary creative team.
