We're seeking a seasoned designer to lead our visual identity and creative output. This senior-level individual contributor role will be the standard for design quality, owning the evolution of our brand's design system and providing final creative approval on all major outputs.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary creative team and drive the creation of high-impact projects that set the creative standard. You'll collaborate with senior leadership to ensure design strategy supports business goals, and guide junior designers to ensure visual consistency and high quality.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a senior-level designer or similar role, with a deep understanding of design principles and brand systems. They will possess expertise in owning and evolving a brand's visual identity across multiple touchpoints, strong mentorship skills, and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the final approver for all major design outputs, ensuring every asset meets the highest standards for craft and quality, brand integrity, and cohesion.
  • Drive the evolution and adherence of all creative materials to the brand's visual identity by defining and updating core elements like typography, color palettes, and component libraries.
  • Lead and execute high-impact projects that set the creative standard, such as major brand campaigns, product launches, and core brand identity updates.
  • Partner with senior leadership to ensure design strategy supports business goals, aligning with vision and supporting campaigns.
  • Guide junior designers to ensure visual consistency and high quality, providing on-brand graphic and motion templates where possible.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a senior-level designer or similar role.
  • Deep understanding of design principles and brand systems.
  • Expertise in owning and evolving a brand's visual identity across multiple touchpoints.
  • Strong mentorship skills and ability to set creative standards for a team.
  • Collaborative spirit and experience working with a multidisciplinary creative team.
