We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Lithography Process Engineer to join our team in Singapore.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of advanced packaging processes and drive process improvements in our 300mm Advance Packaging Center. As a key member of our unit module development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new processes, ensuring smooth qualification lot operation, and working closely with equipment teams to improve process robustness.
- Develop and implement advanced packaging processes, ensuring smooth qualification lot operation.
- Lead the unit module development team to achieve key milestones and report progress to senior management.
- Work with equipment teams to improve process robustness and troubleshoot any issues that arise during process setup.
- Collaborate with integration teams to improve process stability and margin, achieving good quality and cost-effective production.
- Communicate effectively with customer engineering teams and provide training for engineers/AEs as required.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Extensive experience in lithography process engineering, particularly in advanced packaging.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement new processes, ensuring smooth qualification lot operation.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems, with a focus on continuous improvement.
