Job Title: Guest Experience Associate
The primary objective of this role is to ensure that our casino guests receive the highest level of service and have a memorable experience during their visit.
This involves providing personalized support, making introductions to various amenities and promotions, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
Conduct guided tours of the casino facilities, highlighting key attractions and amenities.
Develop strong relationships with assigned patrons, understanding their preferences and tailoring services to meet their individual needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the guest experience.
Stay up-to-date on current events, promotions, and programs available at the casino, and effectively communicate these to guests.
Engage in proactive outreach to potential gaming patrons, introducing them to relevant programs and offerings.
Work closely with the Market Development Sales Team to develop and implement strategies for attracting and retaining high-value customers.
Requirements:
Minimum educational qualification: 'N' levels, 'O' levels, 'A' levels or Diploma holders.
Prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
Competencies:
Customer-focused with excellent team player skills.
Ability to work rotating shifts, public holidays, and weekends.
