**Job Role:** Enterprise Migration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to spearhead our organizational transition initiatives.

The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of departmental migrations, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruption to operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing detailed migration plans, timelines, and checklists.
  • Coordinating pre-migration, migration, and post-migration activities and milestones with cross-functional teams.
  • Managing resource allocation, schedule adherence, stakeholder engagement, user communications, and post-migration support.
  • Maintaining accurate migration records, status updates, and documentation.

**Requirements:)

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience in enterprise-scale migrations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Proven experience in Day 1 project coordination within migration or IT projects.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project coordination within migration or IT projects.

**Essential Skills:**

  • Resource planning and team coordination.
  • Working knowledge of migration processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
