Project Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced project engineer to support our high-impact engineering project in Singapore's transit infrastructure upgrades.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage automatic fare collection systems, collaborate with key stakeholders across design, installation, and commissioning phases, and contribute to the delivery of large-scale public transport systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage document reviews, ensure timely follow-up on stakeholder comments, and coordinate design, installation, testing, and commissioning activities across contractors and site owners.
  • Monitor project schedules, update progress with stakeholders, prepare project summary reports, and assist in project delivery tracking.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including meeting coordination, documentation, and presentation preparation.
  • Support night works and site visits during engineering hours.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in project coordination, preferably in transit or AFC systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel between office and sites.

Prior Experience and Skills:

  • Prior experience in Singapore's transit environment or public infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and technical documentation.
  • Exposure to testing and commissioning processes in engineering projects.
