Project Transition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled project transition professional to oversee smooth project handovers from deployment teams to operations. This role focuses on transition governance, documentation management, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end transition from deployment to operations, ensuring seamless integration of projects across various teams.
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation handover, maintaining transparency throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve risks, gaps, or dependencies, fostering effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain project governance, compliance, and reporting during transitions, adhering to industry best practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6-7 years of project coordination/management experience, with a proven track record of success in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse team dynamics and cultural environments.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks; experience in hybrid environments is beneficial, allowing for flexible project execution and continuous improvement.
  • PM certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are preferred, demonstrating expertise in project management methodologies.
  • Agile/Scrum Master certification or working experience in Agile delivery is an advantage, enabling effective collaboration and iterative development.
  • Exposure to both infrastructure and application projects, showcasing versatility and adaptability in project environments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different project types and stakeholders, driving successful project outcomes through strategic planning, proactive risk management, and collaborative teamwork.
