Professional Project Transition Specialist

We are seeking a professional to oversee the smooth handover of projects from deployment teams to operations.
The primary focus of this role is on transition governance, documentation management (designs, architecture, knowledge base), and stakeholder coordination.
This position does not involve people management but requires strong organizational and communication skills across infrastructure and application projects.
- Manage end-to-end project transitions from deployment to operations.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation handover.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve risks, gaps, or dependencies.
- Maintain project governance, compliance, and reporting during transitions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6-7 years of experience in project coordination/management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks; experience in hybrid environments is an advantage.
- PM certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are preferred.
- Agile/Scrum Master certification or working experience in Agile delivery is beneficial.
- Exposure to both infrastructure and application projects.
