Job Title: Infrastructure Upgrade Project Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the upgrade of Singapore's transit infrastructure.

About the Role
  • This is a high-impact engineering project that involves managing Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) systems and collaborating with key stakeholders across design, installation, testing, and commissioning phases.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, preferably in transit or AFC systems, and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the document review process and ensure timely follow-up on stakeholder comments.
  • Coordinate design, installation, testing, and commissioning activities across contractors and site owners.
  • Monitor project schedules and update progress with stakeholders.
  • Prepare project summary reports and assist in project delivery tracking.
  • Handle administrative tasks including meeting coordination, documentation, and presentation preparation.
  • Support night works and site visits during engineering hours.

Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience in project coordination, preferably in transit or AFC systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel between office and sites.
