Job Title:

IT Infrastructure Coordinator

The role of IT Infrastructure Coordinator is a vital position in our organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the setup and maintenance of systems, environments, and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with infrastructure and application teams to ensure timely execution of setup tasks
  • Tracking progress and following up on infrastructure-related activities and issues
  • Assisting in coordinating Operating System upgrades across environments
  • Supporting the scheduling and execution of patching activities
  • Helping document upgrade and patching procedures
  • Coordinating the setup of secure file transfers with other applications
  • Assisting in SSH key generation and setup for secure access
  • Maintaining logs and reports of job executions and failures
  • Helping provision and configure development, testing, and production environments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or currently pursuing)
  • Basic understanding of operating systems and IT infrastructure and Network concepts
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Analysis and troubleshooting skills in handling incident and issues
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with Windows systems
  • Exposure to job scheduling tools like Control-M
  • Basic knowledge of SQL scripting, PowerShell, and batch scripting
  • Understanding of secure file transfer protocols
