Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled project coordinator to oversee the upgrading of HDB residences. This role involves managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans to meet objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues

Requirements:

Applicants must possess a degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Quantity Surveying. A minimum of 5 years of relevant post-graduate experience in building construction is required, preferably in HDB projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management, particularly in the building construction industry
  • Strong understanding of HDB policies and procedures
