Freight Forwarding Sales Specialist

Are you a sales professional with experience in freight forwarding looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding Sales Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:As a Freight Forwarding Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and maintaining rates from hauliers, shipping lines, overseas agents/offices, and subcontractors. You will also coordinate and follow up on shipment arrangements, including but not limited to air freight/sea freight/trucking. Your key responsibilities will include working closely with sales personnel, preparing quotations, carrying out rates negotiations with shipping lines/co-loaders, etc., checking and verifying incoming job-related invoices, and supporting the sales strategy, development of new business, and coordination of Business Development shipments and existing business penetration.
Requirements:- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the freight forwarding industry.
- Very good proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
