Executive Compensation Advisor

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Compensation Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality executive compensation solutions to clients across various geographies and industries.

  • Develop and implement effective executive compensation strategies that align with clients' business goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on executive compensation matters, including long-term incentive plan design, KPI development, and sales force efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet clients' complex needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., business, economics, statistics, or finance).
  • Minimum 6 years of technical experience in executive and reward compensation advisory, with expertise in areas such as long-term incentive plan design, KPI design, and sales force efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and integrate insights to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
