Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering closely with our client, a leading Fashion Brand. Join them as a Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist This will be a full-time permanent position, based in Singapore. In this position, you will be an individual contributor and reporting directly to the Senior C&B Manager.
Key Responsibilities
As a core member of the HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and timely payroll processing and compliancy with statutory reporting requirements. This role will manage payroll and benefits administration, audit and reporting, and mobility support. You will oversee relationships with HR teams and external payroll vendors, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing aligned with internal policies and local regulations. Responsibilities include managing tax procedures, insurance renewals, and system integrations, while maintaining audit-ready documentation.
The role also leads internal and external payroll audits, manages compensation and benefits surveys, and oversees regulatory reporting. At the global level, the candidate will support the implementation and compliance of benefits programs, maintain accurate databases, and contribute to analytics and internal audits. Additionally, the role provides end-to-end mobility support, including relocation services and crisis management for international assignees.
Ideal Profile
The client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented independent HR C&B Specialist with at least 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Payroll, preferably with regional MNCs exposure. A strong understanding of Singapore’s payroll and statutory requirements is essential, along with a Degree in Human Resources or Business. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI is required, and a proactive, resilient, and collaborative mindset will be key to thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels.
