- Evaluating and reviewing the existing group C&B programs, policies, and procedures with a focus in Singapore and ensure that these are aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Designing, developing and implementing new C&B programs, policies, and procedures.
- Ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation.
- Participating in benefit benchmarking exercise and analysis of market and industry trends and managing relations with external survey vendors.
- Managing the full cycle of performance appraisal process, annual and bonus review of the company.
- Supporting the HR team with recruitment and talent management activities from the Rewards perspective.
- Developing profit-sharing, incentive, employee wellness, and performance management programs.
- Preparing budgets, reports, and presentations.
- Supporting change management processes
- At least 6 to 8 years as a Rewards Specialist in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment, with a Bachelors Degree in Business, HR Management or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge of C&B programs, policies, procedures and legislations, and ability to manage a wide range of compensation structure. Experience in managing rewards programmes for Senior Management and Executives would be a bonus.
- Exceptional organisational and analytical skills and ability to work effectively under tight timelines and pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to interface professionally and responsively, and experience in supporting line managers through change.
- Self-motivation and resilience, ability to work independently, and with integrity and professionalism
