
Front Office Support Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to provide exceptional front office support. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming impression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle incoming calls by answering, screening, forwarding, and taking messages when required
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and presentable
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
- Coordinate meetings by scheduling, booking rooms, and arranging appointments
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, placing orders when necessary
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in an office setting
- Good coordination skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Able to work flexible hours, including Saturdays (9:30am - 2pm)
