Job Title: Talent Development Coordinator

Job Description:

This role focuses on identifying, recruiting and managing talent for various productions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing careers and building long-term relationships with artists.

  • Identify and scout talented individuals for film, TV, dance and musical productions
  • Coordinate auditions, interviews and casting calls to find the right talent for each project
  • Manage the onboarding process, including agreements, NDAs and compliance documentation
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing personalized career strategies for talents in alignment with agency and industry goals.

  • Develop and implement tailored career plans for each artist
  • Promote talents to production companies, casting agents and producers
  • Negotiate roles, fees, appearances and endorsement deals on behalf of talents
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in talent management, casting or entertainment agency work
  • Strong understanding of film production processes and entertainment industry trends
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple talents and projects concurrently
  • Able to travel and work flexible hours as needed
  • Degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, Performing Arts or related fields preferred

  • Calm under pressure with crisis management capabilities
