
Senior Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a talented professional to take on a challenging role that requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the business, including tasks such as:
- Providing admin, accounts, and commercial support to the business
- Supporting HR with onboarding of new joiners (e.g., laptop preparation, insurance registration, visa)
- Handling office administration, including liaising with vendors and service contractors regarding company matters
- Providing administrative support for office/warehouse supplies management, including purchase requisition, IT coordination, vendor sourcing, and banking matters
- Providing day-to-day accounting support, such as verifying staff claims and assisting in Accounts Payable and Accounting Receivables
- Providing general office administrative/HR support/accounting tasks as required
- Ensuring timely renewal of company contracts and subscriptions, including broadband, telephone license, health and travel insurance, hotel corporate rates, PDF tools/subscriptions, and season parking
- Supporting commercial business, including managing distributors, PO processing, stock coordination with HK and UK counterparts, shipment arrangements, tax invoice issuance, and payment follow-up
This role requires a minimum Diploma in Human Resource, Accounting, Business Administration, or any other related fields. Ideally, the successful candidate will have 1-3 years of HR/Admin and Accounting experience. Knowledge of SAP and HRMS systems is an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced working environment.
We are looking for a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills who can uphold ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and employee relations.
Requirements:- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource, Accounting, Business Administration, or any other related fields
- Preferably with 1-3 years of HR/Admin and Accounting experience
