IoT Innovation Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading the sales and marketing efforts of our innovative IoT solutions.

Sales & Marketing Strategy

You will oversee all day-to-day sales operations, ensuring seamless execution of business activities. This includes developing and executing sales and marketing strategic plans, reviewing and formulating sales and marketing strategies on targeted accounts, and conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

You will also prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies, as well as manage the customer support process and organize efforts to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will provide technical clarifications during project implementation and commissioning.

Project Solutioning & Technical Expertise

You will engage in project solutioning by evaluating client requirements and proposing suitable IoT solutions. You will work closely with the technical team to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness of proposed solutions, and oversee the customer support process to enhance customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, you will provide technical clarifications during project implementation and commissioning, and act as a subject matter expert (SME) during industry events, seminars, and exhibitions.

Solution Presentation & Training Programs

You will develop and deliver solution presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts, as well as conduct training sessions and workshops for municipalities, consultants, architects, FM companies, and contractors to promote adoption of IoT solutions.

You will create tailored training materials, presentations, and product guides for different audiences, and act as a liaison between clients and our organization, ensuring effective communication of requirements.

Customer & Account Relationship Management

You will foster long-term relationships with strategic customers and stakeholders, and serve as a liaison between clients and our organization, ensuring proper communication of requirements.

You will follow up on project deliveries, milestones, and client satisfaction, manage escalations, and provide solutions to resolve client concerns promptly.

Strategic & Management Support

You will collaborate with management in identifying new business opportunities and partnerships, and provide input for product development and innovation roadmap based on market feedback.

Additionally, you will track sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management review, and perform any other duties delegated by the management.
