**Overall Purpose
Senior Manager, IoT drives the delivery of Bridge Alliance IoT initiatives including commercial sales overlay from conceptualization to implementation. It is an individual contributor role with commercial focus and with strong virtual cross-cultural/organisational team leadership.

He/She will be reporting to Senior Vice President, IOT & Enterprise Mobility Services, and based in Singapore with approx. 30% travel time.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with both Enterprise customers and Mobile Network Operators to plan and execute IoT deployments across the alliance footprint.
- Define value proposition for both Enterprise customers and Mobile Network Operators.
- Drive the engagement with members of the Bridge Alliance to deploy common IoT capabilities and become the ‘daily go-to-person’ for IoT in the alliance.
- Provide actively overlay sales to the members of the Bridge Alliance for international customer projects.
- Deliver effectively to all project stakeholders including Senior Management of Bridge Alliance members and customers.
- Contribute/drive negotiations with partners from sign-off to successful handover of project to Bridge Alliance members to manage the services.
- Drive the evolution of IoT solutions of Bridge Alliance.

**Key Requirements
Formal Qualifications
- Sales & project Management methodologies
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Business Management or equivalent

Knowledge
- Strong understanding of the commercial side of IoT.
- Proficient literacy on the related technical aspects of Mobile (Virtual) Operator Network and hands-on experience with key elements of the IoT solution stack of an operator.
- Proven track record in complex solution sales to Operators or Enterprises is a strong advantage

Relevant Work Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Telecommunication or adjacent industries, thereof 3+ in IoT.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Large Enterprise sales

Soft Skills (including behavioural and attitudes)
- Experience in working in Asia is strong plus
- Strong sales skills
- Proven conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Can do attitude.
- Ability to work in an international & multi-cultural environment
- Team building and motivational skills
- Persistent
