Senior IoT Technology Specialist

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior IoT Technology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge IoT systems that meet our clients' needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IoT management and troubleshooting, with experience working on complex projects from concept to delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive business results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement standalone GUIs for IoT devices
  • Collaborate with electronics and full-stack engineers to create bidirectional data transfer systems
  • Conduct troubleshooting of IoT-controlled robotics systems
  • Ensure compliance with quality system regulations

Key Position Responsibilities:

  • Implement sensors and calculations on Single Board Computers to enable robotic functions
  • Perform failure analysis and support equipment development efforts for new products and process improvements
  • Support daily production operations and lead reliability and yield improvement activities for IoT products
  • Make technical recommendations on design quality and reliability
  • Write Process Specifications and Manuals as needed
  • Collaborate with Technical Experts from other software/hardware partners

Requirements:

  • Experience with Internet of Things (IoT) management and troubleshooting
  • Autonomy and ability to work independently
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, quality systems, and root cause analysis
  • Proficiency in Java, Linux, and electronics
  • Excellent software development skills
  • Familiarity with failure analysis and authorization processes
