Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Policy Servicing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Issuing policy contracts and endorsements.
  2. Planning and organizing visits to clients, including new business, renewals, and claims-related matters.
  3. Developing strong relationships with clients to maintain and grow existing business.
  4. Providing subject matter expertise support and advice to junior staff members and other departments.
  5. Managing and preparing policy services control reports and ensuring timely submission to the Head of Department.
  6. Liaising with colleagues from various departments to facilitate the efficient delivery of policyholders' requests.
  7. Participating in User Acceptance Testing prior to system changes deployment.
  8. Providing administrative support and completing ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Team Lead.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum Diploma qualification and at least 1 year of administrative experience in the general insurance sector.
  • Knowledge of Marine Insurance is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's Certificate in Claims Processing (BCP) or Professional General Insurance (PGI) certificate is desirable but not essential.
