Administrative Policy Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Policy Servicing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Issuing policy contracts and endorsements.
- Planning and organizing visits to clients, including new business, renewals, and claims-related matters.
- Developing strong relationships with clients to maintain and grow existing business.
- Providing subject matter expertise support and advice to junior staff members and other departments.
- Managing and preparing policy services control reports and ensuring timely submission to the Head of Department.
- Liaising with colleagues from various departments to facilitate the efficient delivery of policyholders' requests.
- Participating in User Acceptance Testing prior to system changes deployment.
- Providing administrative support and completing ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Team Lead.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A minimum Diploma qualification and at least 1 year of administrative experience in the general insurance sector.
- Knowledge of Marine Insurance is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's Certificate in Claims Processing (BCP) or Professional General Insurance (PGI) certificate is desirable but not essential.
