Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the regional community operations.

- Data entry and management of schedules and services
- Staff on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Responding to all enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Inventory management of consumables and equipment
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Self-motivated and strong team player
