Administrative Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving referral forms from healthcare institutions and verifying their completeness.
- You will register patient admissions, request additional information as needed, and prepare the Follow-up Referral form for review and approval by the attending physician.
- You will update referral outcomes once approved or rejected by the physician, via the Institutional Review Management System (IRMS) or fax to the referring institution.
- You will liaise with healthcare institutions on patient readiness for transfer, prepare them for admission, and arrange for admittance.
- You will accompany patients and their next of kin to the ward on the day of admission and confirm documentation accuracy.
- You will verify the completeness and proper filing of documents in patient files before sending them to the Medical Records Office for archival upon patient discharge.
- You will serve as a liaison for administrative tasks, including brochure distribution and receipt issuance.
- You will record complimentary car park coupons and assist with loaning and receiving donated equipment.
- You will perform general administrative duties and undertake miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- A Diploma or A-levels is required.
- You must be able to commit for at least three months.
- You should be comfortable working in a palliative care setting.
