**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare cover letters and arrange policy deliveries.
- Coordinate medical appointments, transportation services (e.g., limo services), and translation services.
- Follow up on medical reports and Attending Physician Statements (APS).
- Update and maintain the medical reimbursement tracking file.
- Update policy information in the BOA system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Update insurers’ forms as required.
- Obtain necessary sign-offs, scan, and file SSF documents.
- Arrange courier services for document delivery.
- Scan and digitize documents for record-keeping.
- Coordinate document archiving with Crown.
- Perform post-inception checks on documents in the shared drive.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
