Job Description:
The role of a Key Account Professional entails overseeing the full spectrum of accounts, encompassing preparation of financial statements, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and bank reconciliations for both monthly and yearly reporting purposes.
Responsibilities include preparing management reports and balance sheet schedules, as well as quarterly GST reconciliation submissions. Additionally, the individual is expected to reconcile monthly bank statements in a timely manner and ensure the accurate and timely preparation of management reports and other required documents.
Key tasks also involve handling billings and receipts, performing accounts payable functions, including vendor payments and staff reimbursements, as well as conducting monthly financial closing and preparing management accounts and schedules.
Furthermore, the Key Account Professional will assist in liaising with external auditors and other statutory agents.
Requirements:
- Recognised accounting qualification (e.g., Singapore Polytechnic, ACCA, NUS, NTU or SMU diploma) with more than 2 years relevant work experience in handling full sets of accounts and/or managing a portfolio of clients.
- Computer literate, hands-on experience with Xero, Sage Accpac, MYOB, Quickbooks, Times software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Responsible and mature with high level of literacy competence.
- Possess good inter-personal, analytical, and communication skills.
- A good team player with positive work attitude, strong initiative, and resilience.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently and prioritise work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to travel within Singapore to clients' offices.
Work Arrangements:
