Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Local Engagement Specialist. This is a pivotal role that involves leading the development of student recruitment strategies and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team.

  • You will be responsible for collaborating with the Senior Lead/Lead/Deputy Lead to enhance the SIM brand-name and develop effective local student recruitment strategies.
  • Supervising and guiding the team to ensure operational needs and goals are met.
  • Providing timely training and coaching to team members to achieve high standards of service.
  • Responding to customer enquiries via various channels.
  • Monitoring key performance metrics and taking action on data.
  • Leading the Student Ambassadors Programme and managing the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Recruitment Operations: Developing and implementing local student recruitment efforts.
  • Leads Management: Monitoring key performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
  • Project Management: Leading the Student Ambassadors Programme and managing resources effectively.
  • People Management: Supervising and mentoring staff to achieve high standards of service.
  • Systems/Process: Ensuring compliance with HR policies and guidelines.
