**ACCOUNTABILITIES**

**Student Recruitment Operations**
- To work with the Lead/Deputy Lead, Local Engagement, to manage and support the development of local student recruitment efforts for the institute by promoting the SIM brand-name and planning local student recruitment strategies.
- To build strong product knowledge, comply with work policies and procedures and continuously improve customer service skills
- To comply with quality standards set for the department

**Leads Management**
- To follow up on all leads assigned on a timely basis
- To prepare and maintain leads follow-up reports

**Project Management**
- To recruit and maintain a sizeable pool of Student Ambassadors (SAs) who can support local recruitment activities and events effectively
- To maintain up-to-date records and database of SAs for ease of retrieval of records based on work requirements
- To manage SAs roster and ensure sufficient deployment of resources. Ensure weekly campus tour is carried out as scheduled.
- To develop and maintain training materials, conduct trainings for SAs to ensure they are effective in their roles.
- To process payments to SAs on a timely basis.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor degree with 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in sales, marketing or customer service
- Experienced in Customer Service and Sales conversion processes
- Good understanding of the higher education industry in Singapore
- Able to work on flexi-hours and Saturdays (9am - 1pm)
- Well-developed diplomacy skills and ability to handle expansive and diverse customers
- Pleasant and patient personality with excellent service mindset
- Good interpersonal skill with a high level of initiative and drive
