We are seeking a skilled Application Specialist to join our team. As an Application Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting product development work in various Culinary applications on all product lines.

Your Focus:

As an Application Specialist, you will provide technical services to customers to support business in the Culinary and Processed Meat food industries. You will lead Culinary projects in the development of new solutions and applications or modification of existing products, recipes, and/or processes based on customer needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant industrial experience in Culinary, Processed Meat, Plant-Based Meat, or Food Ingredients industry.
  • Strong experience in designing product formulations for the Culinary industry.
  • Familiarity with ASEAN taste preferences.
  • Good knowledge of food ingredients, including hydrocolloids, emulsifiers, protein, flavors, etc.
  • Product development skills, including formulation.
  • Culinary processing parameters.
  • Understanding of commercial factors affecting product cost and selling price.
