Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recipe Specialist to join our team. As a Recipe Specialist, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of new recipes and product formulations.

Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality recipes that meet our customers' needs while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, test, and refine new recipes and products. You will also be responsible for maintaining existing recipes and product formulations, making adjustments as needed to ensure continued quality and compliance.

To succeed in this position, you must have a strong background in food science or a related field, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new recipes and product formulations
  • Maintain existing recipes and product formulations
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design, test, and refine new recipes and products
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Food Science or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A strong understanding of food safety and regulatory requirements
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
