Job Title: Product Formulation Specialist

The ideal candidate will provide technical support to Marketing & Sales by addressing product information inquiries from customers, both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Creating content for various online platforms
  • Conducting training sessions as required
  • Delivering product talks or hosting live sessions as needed
  • Participating in product research and development, staying updated on market trends and insights
  • Managing product packaging and formulation changes, including labelling requirements
  • Assisting in product registration and listing processes with authorities

Requirements:

  1. Good communication skills
  2. A dynamic personality with a multitask-oriented approach and strong team spirit
  3. Preferably with working experience in the food industry
  4. Qualification in Food Science or a nutrition-related field
