Job Title:
Chemical Formulations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chemical Formulations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and improving formulations for chemicals, running lab tests and scaling up formulas, choosing raw materials based on performance, cost, and compliance needs, testing and recording product stability, safety, and performance, working closely with QC, Regulatory, Production, Sales, and Marketing teams, preparing samples for customer trials, tracking results, and following up.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a Chemist and hold a Diploma/Degree in Chemical engineering or relevant field. The selected candidate will be expected to keep clear records of formulations, test results, specifications, and SOPs, help troubleshoot issues, reformulate products, and create custom blends for customers, assist in investigating product issues from production or customer complaints, and maintain a clean workplace while adhering to safety and health rules.
