Recipe Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the formulation, development, and implementation of recipes within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and develop new recipes for existing and new products, ensuring optimal quality and process ability.
  • Conduct regular reviews of recipes to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new recipes and ensure seamless integration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recipe documentation, including ingredient lists and preparation instructions.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of nutritional science and its applications in product development.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Food Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in food manufacturing or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
