Job Opportunity:

As a formulation expert, you will play a pivotal role in developing and improving chemical formulations. Your laboratory skills will be put to the test as you design and implement experiments to optimize product performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute laboratory tests to scale up formulas.
  • Select raw materials based on their performance, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough testing and recording of product stability, safety, and performance data.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality Control, Regulatory, Production, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Prepare samples for customer trials, track results, and follow up to ensure successful implementation.
  • Ensure products comply with GHS, REACH, EPA, and OSHA regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of formulations, test results, specifications, and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide assistance in troubleshooting issues, reformulating products, and creating custom blends for customers.
  • Support investigations into product issues arising from production or customer complaints.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a chemist role.
  • Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant field.
