Chemist Formulation Expert Job

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize formulations for professional hygiene and MRO products.
  • Conduct thorough research on raw materials, evaluating their performance, cost, environmental impact, and regulatory compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition of formulations from laboratory to production.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including lab records, product specifications, and change control.
  • Troubleshoot product issues and perform root cause analysis to improve product quality or address customer complaints.
Requirements and Qualifications

Degree Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.

Professional Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in formulation development for hygiene and/or MRO products.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of surfactants, solvents, builders, chelating agents, preservatives, corrosion inhibitors, and active disinfectant ingredients.
  • Familiarity with formulation challenges in different environments, such as acidic, alkaline, hard water, etc.
