Learning Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Learning Design Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing impactful training programmes that equip people with skills for current and future jobs.

  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design to create engaging, outcome-driven content.
  • Integrate technology and digital platforms to enhance interactivity and accessibility.
  • Evaluate curriculum effectiveness, ensure quality standards, and explore accreditation opportunities.
  • Manage programme enablement, delivery, and learner support from end to end.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and learners to meet evolving workforce needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has:

  • Passion for adult learning, curriculum development, and global education relevance.
  • 4–5 years' experience in corporate training, adult education, or L&D.
  • ACTA/ACLP, DDDLP, relevant diploma or degree; MOE registration advantageous.
  • Skilled in ICT tools, Microsoft Office, Adobe applications, Canva, and online training platforms.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with strong proposal writing skills.
  • Knowledge of SkillsFuture Singapore frameworks and national workforce initiatives is a plus.
