Executive Training Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the end-to-end delivery of executive training programmes.

About the Role:

This is a key leadership position that involves designing and implementing operational strategies to advance our executive education mission and drive sustainable growth. You will direct the full operational cycle, from pre-programme planning to post-programme evaluation, ensuring seamless execution across in-person and online formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with our institution's executive education goals.
  • Programme & Training Operations: Direct the pre-programme phase, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, venue setup, trainer coordination, and participant onboarding; During Delivery: ensure smooth execution, vendor/trainer liaison, troubleshooting, and quality assurance; Post-Programme: feedback analysis, certification, completion documentation, funding claims, and reporting.
  • Funding & Compliance: Manage funding processes and grants, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Operational Excellence: Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), streamline workflows, and adopt best practices for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and outstanding learner satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 15+ years of experience in programme operations, training management, or large-scale event logistics, ideally in executive or professional education.
  • Proven ability in managing both open-enrolment and customised corporate programmes; familiarity with audit processes.
  • Proven people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
