Programme Executive Role

We are seeking a skilled and resourceful Programme Executive to lead the delivery of training programmes and events. This key role involves overseeing a pool of trainers, ensuring programme quality, and managing operational logistics.


  • Develop and implement effective strategies for trainer recruitment, onboarding, training, and engagement.
  • Coordinate and assign trainers for sessions, ensuring seamless replacements when needed.
  • Monitor trainers' performance through observation and after-action reviews (AARs).

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships to support programme success.
  • Provide timely updates and reports to clients, ensuring transparency and alignment.

  • Oversee project coordination with clients and trainers, providing on-site support and coordination to ensure smooth operations and conflict mitigation.
  • Assist in coaching trainers during sessions to ensure quality delivery standards, with support from experienced trainers.

  • Ensure trainers' report quality and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, operations, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.
  • Ability to work on-site during weekends and evenings when required.
