About the Role

A Training Programmes Manager plays a pivotal role in designing and delivering high-impact training programmes that drive performance improvements and enhance learner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to identify their goals, assess skills gaps, and develop targeted learning strategies.
  • Create modular content across digital, blended, and face-to-face formats, incorporating interactive elements and practical applications.
  • Collaborate with industry experts and subject matter specialists to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and impactful.
  • Continuously evaluate programme effectiveness, analysing feedback and adapting materials to suit local markets and industries.
  • Contribute to winning client proposals by providing insights into learning strategies and creative content samples.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP).
  • Minimum 4-5 years' experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and planning.
  • Strong command of adult learning principles and performance-based instructional design.
  • A track record of creating engaging programmes in areas like leadership development, change management, customer service, or technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a keen eye for detail.
