Programme Manager

**JOB DISCRIPTION**:
The Programme Manager is responsible for 3 core functions: programme development, business development and marketing. An effective Programme Manager would need to excel in these functions as each go hand-in-hand with achieving the Academy’s growth targets.
Programme Development
1. Develop topical forums for the industry to convene, share best practices, new insights and innovative ideas
2. Develop practical workshops that support the learning and development needs of the industry, which would largely be based on your engagements with industry practitioners
3. Build a network of noteworthy speakers and thought leaders who have a shared purpose with the Academy to elevate the quality of industry talent
4. Success would be measured by the attendance rate of the targeted audience.
Business Development
5. Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the Academy’s stakeholders which include government agencies, supply chain and logistics companies / employers, C-suites including CHROs, and business unit heads, training professionals/institutes.
7. Success would be measured by a steady growth in the Academy’s sales targets on a quarterly basis.
Marketing
8. As an extension of the business and programme development functions, the Programme Manager would be responsible for developing the pitches and sales narrative for the proposal materials, electronic direct mail marketing and social media marketing.
**Key Attributes**
a. Have at least 3 years of business development / sales experience, preferably in the logistics and supply chain industry
b. Have a demonstrable business intelligence
c. Have practical networking and communication skills to develop a strong rapport with all levels of leadership in the industry
d. Have good negotiation skills that would facilitate long-term successful partnerships
e. Be able to instill confidence in their interactions with stakeholders
f. Be be resourceful and good at reseach to identify industry trends, market needs and new innovations
g. Have keen leadership capabilities to lead the team to success
h. Be confident enough to know that you can deliver on your tasks, yet humble enough to know that you do not know everythingProgramme Development
