About the Role
This Is An IT Support Group is looking for a Regional CRM Manager to lead our APAC region's CRM efforts. As a seasoned marketing professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies that drive customer engagement and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional CRM roadmaps
• Design and develop loyalty/reward programs that drive customer retention and growth
• Conduct user research and analysis to establish customer journeys through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, leveraging data to drive optimization and continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in CRM or related field
• Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices
• Experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Excellent communication and project management skills
