Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Specialist to manage and execute the expansion of a successful Korea B2B2C CRM program into Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore for our client. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in project management, strategic planning, customer journey mapping, and localized engagement strategies. This is a contractor role for a period of 6 months, with the potential for extension based on project needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and Assessment- Analyze the existing B2B2C model from Korea to identify success factors and scalability potential.
- Conduct market research and stakeholder engagement to gather requirements and align strategies with local needs.
- Develop a comprehensive rollout strategy tailored to APAC markets.
- Map detailed customer journeys for ECPs and consumers, highlighting key lifecycle stages and touchpoints.
- Customize the CooperVision Rewards and Misight Trial programs for local markets, ensuring alignment with regional consumer behaviors and engagement platforms (LINE, WhatsApp).
- Collaborate with internal teams to document business requirements and develop scalable process maps.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with regional leads, ECPs, and internal stakeholders to refine program designs.
- Serve as the primary liaison between local teams and the central project team, ensuring timely communication and alignment.
- Work closely with IT partners and marketing teams to support the development and integration of localized engagement platforms.
- Create training materials and onboarding guides for ECPs and consumers.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive launch plan, including resource allocation and timelines.
- Proven experience in CRM program management, ideally within the APAC region.
- Expertise in customer journey mapping and lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of loyalty programs and trial/leads management.
- Familiarity with digital engagement platforms (LINE, WhatsApp) and CRM tools (SFMC) is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the healthcare or contact lens industry.
- Knowledge of regional market dynamics and consumer behaviors in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Contract Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
- Location: Remote, with potential travel to Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore as required.
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and expertise.
