Job Description:
- Manage Baking Operations: Oversee and coordinate the baking process, ensuring timely and efficient production.
- Confectionery Preparation: Bake high-quality confections according to recipes and standards.
- Menu Execution: Consistently execute menu items with attention to quality and presentation.
- Ingredient Handling: Select, measure, and handle ingredients according to recipes and standards.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train junior pastry specialists.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and manage stock for your section.
- Quality Control: Ensure confections meet taste, texture, and presentation standards.
- Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area and equipment in your section.
- Coordination: Coordinate with other sections to ensure smooth production.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to bakery visitors.
- Problem Solving: Effectively handle issues that arise during service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Recipes: Knowledge of recipes and ability to interpret them.
- Leadership: Leadership skills and ability to motivate team members.
- Ingredients: Understanding of ingredients and their applications.
- Quality Control: Knowledge of quality control procedures and ability to implement them.
- Food Safety: Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to maintain a safe working environment.

- Inventory: Understanding of inventory management principles and ability to manage stock effectively.
- Cakes: Knowledge of cake preparation and decoration techniques.
- Sanitation: Understanding of sanitation procedures and ability to maintain a clean working environment.
- Raw Materials: Knowledge of raw materials and their applications.
- Baking: Expertise in baking techniques and ability to prepare a variety of baked goods.
- Pastries: Knowledge of pastry preparation and decoration techniques.
