### Job Summary
We are seeking a Risk Management Professional, Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures, as well as facilitating the Enterprise Risk Management programme.
### Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with NTU counterparts to implement new initiatives and share information relating to workplace health and safety matters.
  • Formulate and evaluate health and safety policies and services to build a strong safety culture within the NTU community.
  • Facilitate Enterprise Risk Management programme by reviewing and tracking key risks identified in the risk register.
  • Support assistant directors in corporate planning initiatives, such as crisis/incident management and Enterprise Risk Management.
  • Provide administrative support for departmental activities, committees, and meetings.
### Requirements
  • A University degree.
  • At least three years of experience in occupational workplace health and safety management.
  • Strong experience in ISO documentation, including ISO 45001, is preferred.
  • Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong in Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A highly motivated individual who can multi-task and work independently.
