Job Title: AVP, Product Owner, Group Retail

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the implementation of digital platform capabilities for TMRW across the region. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Digital Platform Lead and Function Lead to drive end-to-end implementation of digital platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Digital Platform Lead and Function Lead to develop and implement digital platform strategy for TMRW.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end lifecycle of projects/CRs from preparing business case, finalizing requirements gathering, approvals, estimation, and coordination with technology teams and business users.
  • Define key performance SLAs for service providers to deliver digital service ambitions for TMRW.
  • Conduct customer and staff immersions, synthesize staff and customer insights, and design new journeys for respective domains.
  • Identify new use cases and improvements within journeys, design discovery for new journeys, and work with customers to test processes.
  • Collaborate with Analytics/Customer Experience teams to assess performance of customer journeys and suggest improvement opportunities.
  • Articulate requirements by ensuring compliance with user story format and maintaining high-quality user stories.
  • Ensure alignment of new journeys and flows across different countries and drive continuous improvement of digital platform capabilities.
  • Manage and refine the product backlog and enhance collective expertise within the team through key insights generation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • PMP, Design thinking/LEAN methodology, Agile certifications preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience in performing business lead/product owner roles in driving digital capabilities implementation
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, backlog management, and proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
  • Strong understanding of digital service interactions models and possible use cases of deployment
  • Good understanding of the consumer banking landscape in terms of products, functional teams, services, and typical banking applications
  • Strong understanding of design thinking/human-centered design methodology and experience in using it in project implementation
  • Experience in customer immersions, journey mapping, and design
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and creative skills
