Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Banking Product Strategist to lead our team in delivering innovative solutions for our wholesale and SME banking segments.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes, excellent communication skills, and experience in agile methodologies. They will work closely with key stakeholders, regulators, and technology partners to define and refine our digital platforms and supporting processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of business processes to articulate use-cases/user-stories for identified features/capabilities.
  • Leading the agile team to deliver product roadmaps, including strategic and industry projects, by prioritizing platform roadmaps against business objectives.
  • Collaborating with agile team members to deliver wireframes, user journeys, and product backlogs, as well as other artifacts to support technical design and development.
  • Managing system issues escalated by customers or frontlines to ensure timely resolution and closure within SLA.

Qualifications include:

  • Demonstrated passion for transformative user experiences.
  • Good understanding and breadth of transaction banking/cash management products and services, particularly in apply, payments, or collections.
  • Prior experience in corporate digital channels is highly desired.
  • Experience in managing a product line in a fintech company or delivering a suite of digital platforms/connectivity is an added advantage.

We offer a competitive salary of SGD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
