Senior Production Supervisor Role">

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our packaging department.

  1. We are seeking an experienced professional to supervise and manage the activities of the packaging team, including machine operation, material handling, and quality control.
  2. The ideal candidate will lead and motivate packaging teams, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
  3. They must ensure all packaging processes adhere to food safety regulations, quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  4. Responsibilities include overseeing procurement, storage, and efficient use of packaging materials, including forecasting and inventory control.
  5. The successful candidate will collaborate with other departments to develop and implement production plans, ensuring packaging aligns with production schedules.
  6. Additionally, they will contribute to the development and implementation of new packaging designs and materials.
  7. Maintaining accurate records, generating reports on packaging performance, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement are also key responsibilities.
  8. The role requires effective communication with other departments, including production, quality control, and procurement.
