Job Title: Executive Food Operations Director

Job Summary:

Our team is seeking a seasoned F&B professional to oversee daily operations, procurement, and inventory management. As an Executive Food Operations Director, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in our food outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations in F&B outlets, including managing staff, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory levels
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Manage conflicts or disputes among staff members
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor sales reports and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Recruit, train, and develop new staff members
  • Design and implement effective training programs
  • Maintain accurate records of employee performance and training
  • Ensure public lavatories are kept clean and maintained

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of staff members
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to design and implement simple advertisements for empty food stalls
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding employment and labor practices
